Client Deliverables:

For any commissioned project, the specific ownership and usage rights of the final deliverables (3D models, animations, etc.) will be defined in the project agreement or invoice. Typically, once full payment is received, the client is granted a license to use the commissioned assets for the agreed purpose. Unless explicitly transferred in writing, den3dstudio retains all intellectual property rights (including moral rights) in the work. We also reserve the right to display and use the delivered work in our own portfolio, marketing materials, and website.

Pricing and Payment Terms

As recommended by standard T&C practices, this section explains how we charge for services and receive payment. Key points:

• Quotes and Invoices: All project fees are quoted in advance and detailed in our proposals or invoices. Fees are usually specified in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit (often 25–50%) may be required before work begins. The balance is due upon completion or as per the payment schedule in the project agreement.
• Payment Deadline: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment of our invoices is due within 15 days of receipt. Overdue payments may incur interest or delay in deliverables.
• Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, such as Goods and Services Tax (GST) or other duties. The client is responsible for paying any taxes associated with the services.

Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Den3dstudio operates this Site on an “as-is, as-available” basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the Site or its content. Use of the Site and any content is at your own risk. In particular:
